Since 1994, we have been a family owned and operated business. We are a rapidly growing lawn care and pest control company servicing 5 southern states. Our commitment to company culture and values is key to our success as a company.

Job Summary:

• Develop a sales team across our multi-state locations.
• Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and training of lawn care and pest control sales

pro team members.

• Mentor and assist the sales team for growth.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and profit & loss.
• Uphold and demonstrate our company’s mission and values with accountability.
• Attract and maintain high caliber employees.

Qualifications:

• 5 years minimum of industry experience.
• Experience managing a team.
• Willing and able to work a 40-50 hour minimum work week.
• Pass background and drug screening test.
• Possess current driver’s license and maintain company driving standards.
• High school degree, college preferred.
