Job Summary

Burrey Insurance Agency, Inc. in Powell, OH is seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative- CSR to join our winning and highly engaged team. We are growing into one of the largest Erie agencies in Central Ohio. We are independent and represent over 30 carriers with three different office locations with 13 licensed staff members. The agency offers a solid and stable work environment with a focus on outstanding customer service.

Licensed Insurance Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills dealing with internal and external clients
• Making sound recommendations for coverage and solid understanding of insurance basics
• Filing claims, processing endorsements, gathering quote information, answering billing
• Questions, cross selling and rounding out coverage
• Develop client relationships and add value to the client experience

Licensed Insurance Account Manager/Customer Service Representative Requirements: * Property and Casualty Insurance License issued by the Ohio Department of Insurance

• Minimum 1 year of customer service work in an agency or insurance company
• Possess high energy and the winning attitude and wanting to learn every day
• Possess the ability to change, adapt to new challenges and work well with others

Licensed Insurance Account Manager Compensation: * Salary/Commission & Bonus Opportunity

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
