Job Summary:
Pine Pharmaceuticals is looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative to join the team. An Inside Sales representative’s job entails selling or introducing new products to established and potential clients. The primary duty involves obtaining and following up on the leads, writing orders, and communicating pertinent information to customers.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day – generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Cooperating with management to determine essential strategic approaches for sales
- Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) – maintain and expand your database of prospects within assigned territory
Required Skills, Abilities & Education:
- Able to work and multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent telephone sales personality skills
- Should be expert in CRM software solutions
- Prominent organization and time management skills
- Highly energetic and self-starter
- Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Must be available on site Monday-Friday 9:00 – 5:00 EST
