Sales Recruiter
Salary - $75K – 150K
Location - Atlanta, GA

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, outside-the-box thinker, and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing top sales talent, screening, creating & attending hiring events, and interviewing potential job candidates for various open positions within the company.
Job Responsibilities:

• Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens to determine the candidate’s qualifications and fit for the role
• Source potential candidates through field recruitment (e.g., sporting events, job fairs, universities, and social events)
• Sourcing and attracting top sales talent through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates in the company’s recruitment database
• Communicate regularly with leadership to understand their sales team’s needs and requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience and success as a Recruiter, with a focus on sales recruitment

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to source and attract top sales talent through various channels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
