Position Title: Account Service Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Account Management

POSITION SUMMARY
The Account Service Coordinator will assist the Account Manager in all aspects of clients’ trade show and events executions.
As the liaison between our clients and internal team, the Account Service Coordinator will actively communicate details to internally and externally and properly maintain multiple timelines to ensure projects get completed to expectation within the allotted time. The Account Service Coordinator is pro-active and timely, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards. Highly motivated individual with great organization, communication, and customer service skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
An Account Service Coordinator is responsible for the assistant communications and timeline management of our client’s trade show and events programs. This position’s responsibilities and essential function include, but are not limited to the following:
- Understanding client’s goals and objectives of their trade show program and overall greater marketing and messaging initiatives
- Acting as a liaison between our clients and our internal team, “thinking like our clients” and acting as an extension of their team
- Working with our internal design, engineering, and operations teams to bring trade show exhibit concepts to life, from line drawing concepts to renders to in-person, fully executed exhibits on the trade show floor
- Create and manage multiple timelines for client projects, actively following up with our clients and internal team to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner
- Consulting our clients on their exhibit and event program to maximize their results and return on investment/objectives
- Creating several documents within our process, including estimate requests, SOWs, addendum orders, timelines, graphic check lists, and more
- Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of maintaining several projects and their timelines simultaneously
- Conducting phone prospecting
- Setting up appointments
- Assisting in Preparing PowerPoint and assisting Account Manager with proposals for clients
- Handling various account information
- Displaying accountability along with desire for personal growth and ownership
- Performing other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Bachelor’s degree or greater preferred; combination of education/experience will be considered.
- Two + years' experience in account management preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail oriented and ability to plan ahead.
- Experience with Microsoft products, Microsoft Teams, Various Communication Platforms
- Internet marketing sales experience preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with quotas and goals
- Attention to details and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- 38,000 to 44,000 annual salary
