Order Management/ Account Manager needed for a large manufacturing company in Stone Mountain!

Position is DIRECT HIRE with excellent benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and matching 401k!

$42,000- $43,500

Position will work directly with customers to provide assistance with orders, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing freight quotes, generating spec sheets, reviewing tracking details, and managing documents related to product orders.

Ideal candidate will have exceptional data entry and communication skills. MUST have experience working in customer service for a manufacturing company or similar environment to be considered.
