We are a national flooring distributor and manufacturer of quality flooring products, specializing in hardwood, engineered wood, SPC, WPC, waterproof laminate, and carpet tiles, seeking a Territory Rep to take charge and bolster our client base throughout the U.S. We are looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects while displaying National Flooring Products' core values. Our mission is to provide flooring products of the highest quality and value. We are committed to providing sales expertise, product knowledge, and professionalism that exceeds our customers expectations while offering competitive pricing. The ideal candidate will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
This opportunity offers exceptional compensation for the right person and requires travel throughout your region regularly. We offer a great compensation package including a base salary of 43K + commissions, bonuses, time off allowances, a company vehicle, health insurance and a 401K match up to 3.5%.
Position requirements are as follows:
Applicants must have working-knowledge in the flooring industry. Applicants with verifiable rep experience in the wholesale or distribution network will receive additional compensation (Industry Experience and knowledge Bonus). Reps with verifiable experience will receive additional bonuses.

Be comfortable with cold-calling, closing sales, and be available to service your region daily
Requires travel throughout your region regularly.
Have a solid sales background with a proven track record of success
Able to pass a background check and a driving record check
Ability and willingness to assemble product displays in retail stores
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Territory Manager experience is a plus
