Now Hiring - Account Resolution Coordinator in Bradford, VT

Valley Vista is seeking a skilled Account Resolution Coordinator to join our fast-paced administrative team. The successful candidate will be a detail oriented, team player who will be responsible for timley procesing of claims to third-party payors, as well as direct follow-up on outstanding claims.

Job Duties:

• Electronically or manually submitting third party billing claims for payment.
• Processing and reconciling third party payor remittances and/or payments.
• Researching and rectifying denied claims.
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all coding requirements as they pertain to billing.
• Maintain/review all third party payor contracts.
• Assisting clinical staff with coding/billing questions.
• Track/record all paid and unpaid claims for revenue projections.
• Other billing/finance duties as assigned.

Skills/Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Strong problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements:

• Two or more years of healthcare claims AR resolution experience
