Job Summary Responsible for the development of the short and long-term Product Sales strategy for the Company. Implements the annual tactical plan to ensure the success of the Companys Product Sales programs and a positive customer experience. Directs the progress of sales; reviews records and reports provided to executive management; and reviews employee and events insights to drive product engagement and sustained adoption. Directs all sales campaign experiences and partners effectively across multiple divisions/business units to enhance product knowledge, product advocacy, and ensure the success of the Company's product sales campaigns. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contributes to the development of the organizations business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Typically manages multiple teams of professionals.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for the development of long-term sales effectiveness and engagement strategies that inform, educate and enhance the understanding of the Companys products, services and experiences.
Business leader and strategic influencer on the design of employee engagement campaigns to ensure they amplify the brand, drive product advocacy, sales effectiveness, and support the business strategy.
Interprets business strategy and manages plan development ensuring it aligns with sales strategy.
Researches and recommends new tools for Product Sales activity and enhancements for Product Sales campaigns.
Oversees incentives and other programs to achieve critical milestones to success.
Oversees vendor management and selection ensuring vendor align with Company values. Recommends changes as needed.
Evaluates themes and trends across post-event feedback and recommends changes to sales effectiveness and employee engagement plans as needed.
Partners closely with training teams for deployment of successful training curriculum and overall change management approach.
Responsible to hire, onboard, develop and motivate Product Sales personnel across the department. Partners with finance and insights teams to review performance and impact analysis and adjust budgets and plans as needed.
Reviews and develops annual operating budgets for Product Sales.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Pay Range: $140,354.52 - $210,531.79
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
