Purple Wave is recruiting for a motivated self-starter as a Remote Inside Sales Specialist, bilingual preferred, working with a team of highly motivated professionals in the Inside Sales Team. Compensation and benefits include a salary paid bi-weekly and monthly bonus plan, cell phone stipend, a 401(k) retirement plan, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, vacation and holiday pay.
The Inside Sales Specialist role is responsible for providing broad-based support to Purple Wave's existing teams and functional groups in an effort to qualify incoming sales leads (calls or web leads) and distributes these to develop the contract on behalf of the appropriate Territory Manager. They educate potential sellers of the terms and conditions in our sales process and answer any questions they may have. The Inside Sales Specialists role also includes outbound promotional contact to development business and a bidder base while branding the Purple Wave Auction name. The Inside Sales Specialist may also be assigned to represent Purple Wave by traveling to and attending select trade shows, conferences and/or similar events.

Excellent people skills, successful sales experience, and a strong work ethic are required to be considered for this role. Applicants must have common knowledge of various equipment, and be able to utilize various technologies, tools, and systems to gather and share information electronically. This position requires a self-motivated person who can take initiative, maintain high ethical standards, and positively represent our company to sellers. Spanish speaking bi-lingual candidates are preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
