Access Security Parking Integrated Solutions (ASPIS) has expanded. As a result of becoming a part of the Access Control Systems, LLC family headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, we now have offices in multiple states.Now we are on the hunt for experienced Access Control Sales Representative. Around since 1987, ACS is Nashville’s largest automated gate and parking/revenue control system installer. In addition, we install and service commercial overhead doors along with video surveillance. With thirty years spent building lasting relationships in the community before expanding into the rest of Tennessee, Atlanta, and Florida, our team is looking to build the same lasting relationships with those we bring onboard. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of Sales is responsible for building relationships and identifying the prospect’s need for our products or services, specifically for gates.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Relationship building with new prospects and existing customers
- Create and maintain a business plan for the assigned territory to maintain and or exceed sales, and profit goals
- Identify, isolate, and investigate new parking, gated, and access growth opportunities for gates
- Completes jobsite visits with respective GC’s, Parking Management Representatives, and or owner to review and better understand what their needs are. Help them understand what options are available and recommend what might work best for them to ensure that the system sold, installed, maintained, meets, and exceeds their expectations
- Ensures that proposals, pertinent documentation and paperwork are timely, accurate and complete
- Coordinate’s installation timelines between the customer, installation team, and with all pertinent parties involved including other contractors
- Follow up with customers during and after installations. This is to let them know status of installations and ensure that we have met their needs at completion and if anything else is needed from a sales perspective
- Other tasks as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent
- 2-3 years prior outside sales experience
- As a condition of employment, ACS will conduct a background check
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to build rapport and build trust quickly
- Ability to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Ability to read blueprints
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Work is performed in a fast-paced environment and is subject to interruptions. Duties may require driving and sitting for long periods of time. Occasional need to drive a vehicle to other work locations.
