This position will be, within the TDLinx COE, responsible for client support across all client verticals (CPG, BevAl, Retail/Wholesale, Marketing Service Providers & Financial).

With location-based and store-level insights, you can make data-driven distribution decisions with ease. Monitor your retail footprint and pinpoint opportunities to expand your brand’s reach in key retail and on-premise channels.

Responsibilities

• Developing in-depth knowledge of available TDLinx data solutions while expanding client value
• Supporting client education, training & knowledge advancement around TDLinx data solutions
• Meet with external and internal clients to understand their needs/requirements and educate on solution capabilities
• Providing in-depth consulting services across any type of client inquiries or data challenges
• Working closely with the Omni Consulting Lead & Pre-Sales Enablement team tied to lead generation & client renewals
• Consult clients on how to internally integrate their TDLinx data deliverables for optimum value

Qualifications

Working with both your NielsenIQ colleagues and spending time with our clients, you will build partnerships to allow you to understand your client needs and requirements. You'll use this knowledge to develop compelling stories around the value of TDLinx. You will be part of a team of client service individuals who specialize in FMCG/Retail at NielsenIQ.

• 5+ years of experience in the FMCG, CPG and Retail, specifically BevAl, industries preferred
• MUST have Relational Database experience, SQL Database and/ or Access Database strongly preferred
• Previous analytical role and/or basic understanding of data integration
• Ability to lead external or internal technical discussions
• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
• An ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong analytical aptitude and proficiency in presenting analysis and insights
• Background in maintaining strong customer relationships
• Polished, persuasive communication and presentation skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, expertise with BI a plus (PowerBI, Tableau)
• Bachelor’s degree required
