The ideal Car Sales Representative is going to have a warm personality with a friendly demeanor. Our veteran salespeople and seasoned management team are more than confident that they can train the right candidate who’s willing to learn!

Car Sales Representative Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers through by purchasing process by helping them find and purchase the right vehicle to meet their needs.
• Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close the sale.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, family-oriented sales environment.

Car Sales Representative Compensation & Benefits

During your training period (first 90 days): You can chose from three different payment plans:

• $22 per hour.
• $4,000 per month.
• Commission.

After your training period, the Pay Plan is commission-based – there is no limit on how much money you can make!
