Performance is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing Sales team!

Who we're looking for:

If you have prior experience in outside sales, we're looking for you! Our customers come first, so we're looking for someone with excellent listening skills and being able to follow-up and close. You'll be working independently as well as on a team. Committed, detail oriented and methodical is a must. Individuals with prior experience in the industry is definitely a plus. This position is responsible for generating new accounts while maintaining existing accounts, working with national and local builders as well as homeowners in the area.

The position starts from $50,000 annually DOE but you have the opportunity to earn more based on commissions!

You will need a valid driver's license for this position and must be insurable.
