Our Insurance Advisors will be equipped with the backend office support of the nations largest insurance carriers, our management team, dedicated customer service reps and our aggressive marketing department.

• We provide leads through retail foot traffic, tv, radio, mail, social media and more!
• Provide professional presentations over the phone and in person to sell health, life, dental and vision insurance products
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospects and use assumptive sales techniques to enroll them in one or more of our insurance products
• Build rapport with callers to gain trust and understanding
• Determine eligibility and maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures
• Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities
• Gather all required data necessary to sell insurance products to prospects
• Explain the sales and issuance process and insurance products
• Accurately process application/ information in Skynet Brokers sales systems
• Diligently track and record outcome of calls and customer issues/inquiries for follow up
• Communicate the corporate message and implement standard operating procedures
• Enter all new business into internal management system
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet sales teams targets and quotas
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Other task as required

Pay: $35,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
