Home2 by Hilton Cumming, GA is looking for a Sales Manager to join our Team!

Home2 is one of Hilton Hotel’s newest brands with over 200 locations in the US featuring contemporary accommodations. The Home2 Cumming is the newest hotel in the Cumming market located in the Collection shopping district where there is always something new to explore!

Department: Sales Department
Reports to: General Manager
Salary: $65k - $70k + Bonus (Based on experience & performance)

Job description
The Sales Manager will head up all sales efforts for this top performing hotel. This is a market based/driven position, which requires the Sales Manager to be in the local community, building relationships with local contacts. We looking for team member who approaches their work with passion, enthusiasm, and attention to customer satisfaction. We also want someone who can embrace the values of Fun, Accountability, Concern for Others, Continuous Improvement, and Trust. These values are the foundation of everything we do. We use them as guides to make decisions and chart our course on a daily basis.

Requirements:

• Develop and maintain top accounts and acquire new and competitor accounts.
• Candidates should also have solid understanding of the North Atlanta/Forsyth county and surrounding area.
• 3 years of proven experience in hospitality sales, highly motivated - a desire to be first in the market, exhibit excellent communication skills, be well organized, detailed and self-starting.
• Position is accountable to market performance and potential performance, as well as, budget, forecast and target goals, company sales audits and brand sales audits.
• Must demonstrate a solid sales background with proven results.
• ONQ, GROW/ R&I and Delphi systems experience preferred.

Educational/Vocational Preparation:
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant management or Marketing. A combination of vocational sales training and /or on the job training may substitute for bachelor’s degree.

Environmental Conditions:
Inside 25% and Outside 75% performing sales calls.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
