Senior Sales Manager is primarily responsible for managing the Distribution, Key Accounts, or On-Premise teams and is expected to disseminate the sales goals and drive each location to achieve them. The successful candidate will develop strategic sales plans, cultivate a world-class sales team through mentoring and training, and develop and utilize sales reporting metrics. The Senior Sales Manager is expected to establish a routine of working in multiple locations to build relationships both in-house and in the market.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Budget management to include promotional and tactical budgets for Off-Premise, On-Premise, and Key Accounts.
- Planning and developing strategic sales plans to roll out across the entire market.
- Developing a plan of action 6-9 months out with a complete road map to execution. Specific projects built sales measurables such as volume and profit growth.
- Utilize working knowledge of P&L to direct the best course of action in reaching sales goals.
- Coaching, training, and developing the core managers toward the continued goal of improving upon performance and share numbers.
- Represents Company at trade association meetings and coordinates with direct reports to build and maintain relationships with key clientele.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and presentations for Company and Red Bull North America (RBNA).
- Multi building responsibility with 4+ direct reports.

Requirements for the Position Include:
- Bachelor's Degree field preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in DSD/consumer good environment.
- 8 years of personnel management experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Strong analytical, process improvement, problem solving and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
