USA Roofing & Gutters, LLC is currently hiring sales professionals for our Birmingham, AL location. We are hiring sales representatives to assist property owners with their roofing & gutter home improvements. Work for one of the top rated roofing companies in the industry with over 18 years in business. We are licensed, insured and bonded.

Candidate must be reliable, honest, a team player, willing to learn our systems and processes, work with a high level of integrity and adapt to a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities include: Roofing & gutter sales, meeting insurance adjusters, roof inspections, project management, assisting homeowners with the roof restoration process, using our CRM system and provide excellent customer service.

Paid company training will be provided for the position and we pay weekly. Compensation is based on the gross sales and bonuses. Transparent commission plan! Company vehicle and leads provided. Candidate will also generate leads using our system. Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license with a good driving record.
