We offer hourly base pay plus uncapped bonus opportunities within our Call Center. Starting pay is $19.00 - $20.50 per hour + Uncapped Bonuses!

This is a full-time position 35 hours a week plus opportunities to work overtime if available.

Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to new and existing customers from our database

· Engage with each customer and update call log and dispositions accurately

· Reach out to previous customers for new sales opportunities

· Meet or exceed daily call volume and production goals

· Build rapport and urgency to persuade new customers to schedule a free consultation

· NO COLD CALLING

What DaBella offers:

· Competitive base pay plus uncapped monthly bonus

· (AM Shift) 6:30 am – 2:00 pm starts at $19.00 + Uncapped Bonus! After 90 days, your hourly will increase to $21.00 an hour!

· (PM Shift) 1:30 pm – 9:00 pm starts at $20.50 + Uncapped Bonus! After 90 days, your hourly will increase to $22.00 an hour!

· Uncapped Bonus ($25 after first 2 appointments scheduled a day, each additional appointment you schedule is another $25 bonus) Average monthly bonus is $2,500 with Top Performers earning $4,500 a month in bonuses alone!

Requirements:

· Ability to remain in a seated position for multiple hours at a time

· Entering text or data into a computer utilizing a traditional keyboard

· Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech – in person/telephone

· Bilingual – Spanish and English required
