This position is a full-time position with a base salary and an aggressive commission structure; to be discussed during the interview. What does a successful Sales Associate have?

• Positive, outgoing, enthusiastic personality
• Outside sales experience, preferred
• Experience with home security and technology, preferred
• Basic computer skills

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Door-to-Door style sales
• Generate leads
• Converting leads to closed sales
• Reaching out to contacts you may have
• Tracking warm leads, prospects, and current clients
