Our Studio Sales Manager is focused on Membership Sales & Experience.
NOTE: this is a sales and membership experience role, not a fitness role (although a fitness background is preferred).

StretchLab is opening a new assisted stretching studio in Bountiful at The [please apply online]. (We already have an open studio at Station Park in Farmington.)
You'll work together with our trained "flexologists" who provide one-on-one stretching to clients. Our clients LOVE assisted stretching. They tell us about the cool achievements they experience, from personal bests in fitness to rediscovering daily routines they once lost to aging.
As the Studio Sales Manager, your focus will be on helping prospective members experience the benefits of assisted stretching and sign up for monthly memberships.
If you are a fitness instructor, personal trainer, massage therapist, or other certified fitness professional AND you have extensive sales experience, this Studio Sales Manager position could be a great fit for you.
If you have experience in membership, luxury products, or high-end sales in other industries, then we can provide training specific to StretchLab and our industry of one-on-one assisted stretching.
POSITION:
The Studio Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving membership sales and retention goals.
Your daily activities and weekly goals will focus on the following:
COMMUNITY PARTNERS
- Establishing community partnerships with local groups and businesses
- Setting up events such as "popups" with community partners
- Working with our digital advertising team to advertise events
- Calling event participants to qualify them for assisted stretching services
- Managing flexologists to provide demo stretches at the events
- Talking with event participants about assisted stretching memberships
- Identifying and overcoming sales obstacles
- Signing up new members for assisted stretching memberships
- Working with flexologists to integrate the sales process into the demo stretches
- Lots of calls and texts with prospective members
IN-STUDIO ACTIVITIES
- Managing customer experience within this studio
- Greeting and interacting with members and guests enthusiastically
- Helping members schedule and utilize all their stretch sessions
- Calling, texting, and communicating with members on a regular basis
- Scheduling intro stretches for guests and prospective members
- Calling intro stretch appointments to qualify them for an optimal stretching experience
- Managing flexologists to provide intro stretches in the studio
- Talking with prospective members about assisted stretching memberships
- Identifying and overcoming sales obstacles
- Signing up new members for assisted stretching memberships
- Working with flexologists to integrate the sales process into the intro stretches
- Lots of calls and texts with prospective members
- Other general studio tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of proven SALES experience
- Ability to build relationships with community partners
- Accountability for membership growth and revenue
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills (in person, phone, text, email)
- Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
- A passion for fitness and wellbeing
- Solid writing and grammar skills
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
- Proficiency with computers and typical fitness studio software
DUTIES:
- Lead generation from in-person events and digital
- Ability to build relationships with community partners (gyms, athletic and outdoor retailer, physical therapists, chiropractors, etc.)
- In-person demos and "pop-up" events with community partners (with support from flexologists and staff)
- Implement sales processes within CRM to convert prospects into intro appointments
- Proficiency in ClubReady (or similar), to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
- Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
- Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
- Any other duties as assigned

- This position offers a competitive base pay plus a bonus/commission structure.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
