What You’ll Do:
- In this role you will design, research, and provide analysis that help design and execute our marketing promotion and incentive strategy to enable our leaders to make informed decisions.
- Create test scenarios for projects, incidents, and small enhancements.
- Accurately create, test, and maintain PIC (Producer Incentive Compensation) code as requested for marketing promotions and incentive programs.
- Participate in project planning by attending requirements gathering, product grooming, polishing, backlog grooming and release planning as requested.
- Complete demonstrations of system changes to project team and other interested parties when testing is complete. Assist with answering questions during the demo.
What It Takes to Join Our Team:
- College degree (business or social sciences) or equivalent plus four years of relevant experience required. Marketing information and analytical experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and testing skills.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be able to act independently and be accountable for their actions.
- Experience with and knowledge of XML or SQL.
