Full description of the position

As a Sales Coordinator, you will fully support, from administrative, customer service, and sales lead development perspectives, the Sales team to develop future and repeat business. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards.

Identify and establish new contacts and business relationships
Develop and secure rooms and catering sales leads
Respond daily to sales opportunities
Develop promotions and packages
Support basic sales functions for the Sales Team
Assist on special projects
Produce proposals and agreements to clients
Track and produce accurate and timely reports for the Sales Team and Management.
Monitor customer service regularly and resolve outstanding issues to ensure future business.
Create exceptional guest and client experiences.
