Compensation-
As my Team Member, you will receive:
- $55,000-$100,000 Expected Compensation ($30,000 Base+Uncapped Commissions)
- Signing Bonus: $2500

Responsibilities-
Develop and work agent purchased leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services at a high level. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about their insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Requirements-
- Drive
- Strong work ethic – willing to be the first to come in and the last to leave
- Sales experience (any outside, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) Preferred
- Successful track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales goals/quotas
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Self-starter
- Property and Casualty insurance license (must be able to obtain)
- Life, Accident and Sickness insurance license (must be able to obtain)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
