Ludo Fact USA is the leading independent manufacturer of board games, puzzles, and general cardboard packaging in the United States. Ludo Fact USA has seen explosive growth over the past 3 years. Ludo Fact USA recognizes trends in the global market such as domestic sourcing, sustainability and co-engineering as high contributing factors that are key to our success for growth by increasing market share.

Ludo Fact USA is seeking a proven sales executive to add to our sales team. We are searching for an assertive, hardworking, and motivated individual to grow our customer base in the board games and puzzle markets. The Account Executive will continually develop new customer relationships and enhance the overall customer experience by utilizing a keen eye for detail and providing industry leading service. In addition to new business development, the Account Executive will handle a select number of existing accounts.

The Account Executive will be responsible for facilitating the entire sales process with concierge style service from initial contact through delivery of the client’s finished project. Should any conflict arise, the Account Executive will work with all Ludo Fact USA departments to assure rapid resolution. Must be willing to travel 10% - 20% of the time.
This Account Executive role has the potential for future growth in leading the Sales Team.
This position will report to the Chief Executive Officer of Ludo Fact USA LLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (business focus preferred)
• Sales and/or Customer Service Experience: 4 years (preferred)
• Project Management: 3 years (preferred)
• Proven record of successful sales business development in the Manufacturing industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with offset and/or digital printing
• Prior experience within the packaging industry
• Familiarity with the Board Game/Jigsaw Puzzle industry a plus
• Traditional as well as pioneering sales and customer service skills
• Capable of building relationships across an organization
• Demonstrate aptitude for creative problem solving
• Experience in workflow management a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized & attentive to details
• Self-motivated
• Strong desire to succeed, win, and possess a growth-oriented mindset
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products
