Job Opening: Roofing Sales

We are currently looking for motivated people to join our Roofing sales team.

We're not looking for that average sales person, but rather, we're looking for people who are motivated, hardworking, personable, and organized. Must have great time management skills, ability to communicate effectively, prioritize customer service, and promote the quality of the product they sell. Most importantly, we want someone who finds importance in ethics and values.

Working for us you won't just be helping homeowners get a new roof through their insurance; you'll be helping them with one of the largest expenses a homeowner can encounter, and by making this the best experience and easiest process possible, you'll generate future sales by customer referrals.

Our profit-sharing plan of a TRUE 50% to sales persons, with NO OVERHEAD taken out, can almost guarantee that you will be able to collect great commissions on each job you land. Also, with our licensed insurance adjuster ON STAFF, this will ensure expedited closing out of all jobs at no additional cost to your pay.

We're taking appointments for the next two weeks to talk to driven candidates, like yourself.

Roofing and sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Position is M-F with some Saturday work.

High Commissions range: $50,000.00 to $80,000.00 plus/year
