In this role, you will work on our showroom floor, as well as travel locally to client’s homes, assisting customers and showing them the products that best suit their needs. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish relationships with new and existing customers
• Pre-measure for window coverings
• Create detailed quotes and place orders
• Schedule product delivery and installation with warehouse staff and subcontractors
• Work closely with homeowners, designers, builders, and/or job supervisors and install crews to ensure projects run smoothly
• Follow up with clients to ensure five-star customer experience

Qualifications:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior window treatment sales experience or in-home measurement experience a plus, but not required. Hunter Douglas or Graber Blinds experience not required, but huge plus!

• Active listening
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Valid Driver's License
• MS Office and Outlook experience
• Ability to work two Saturdays a month
• 1-2 years design or textile experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
