Full description of the position
Compensation:
- $180,000 - $245,000 in yearly earnings
- Monthly override commission bonuses based on team performance
- Bi-weekly commissions and a monthly bonuses.

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide your team with access to weekly 1-on-1 performance coaching and daily Sales Correlation Meetings. Run weekly new-hire orientation meetings for new appointment setters.
- Lead a team of appointment setters to high standards of production and customer service. Assign areas for your team to generate leads and conduct regular sales correlation meetings to ensure top-notch lead quality.
- You will be responsible for following-up with warm, company-generated leads in an in-home, consultative setting. The positive outcome of these interactions will be a close.
- Deliver value directly to your clients by knocking on doors, asking for referrals, talking to your existing contacts, and talking to the neighbors of your lead pipeline.
- Educate homeowners at their door-step on the value of ownership over their power, monthly and yearly energy cost savings, government incentives, and how they can benefit from the most abundant resource on earth: the sun!
Requirements:
- 40 hour per week minimum (full-time)
- REQUIRED: at least 1 year of D2D and/or Solar Experience
- PREFERRED: at least 1 year of Sales Management Experience
- Laptop or iPad for in-home presentations.
- Reliable form of transportation.
