Position Title: Physician Liaison/Sales & Marketing Rep

REQUIREMENTS AND POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Avid Marketing Solutions, LLC seeks a team member to be trained as a Physician Liaison/Sales & Marketing Representative to increase the utilization of the vascular practice and office-based lab to referring Physicians. This is done by cultivating new referral activity, strengthening existing referral activity, implementing, exemplifying, and promoting the lab’s professional services, and continually striving for improvement. The Liaison will represent a busy cardiovascular practice and office-based vascular lab located in the Salt Lake area.
Required Travel: 100% within a 50-mile geographic territory.
PRIOR MEDICAL SALES EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH PHYSICIAN OFFICES ENCOURAGED
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales & Marketing experience preferred
- Associate's Degree in Marketing, Business or Health Care.
- Peripheral Vascular background preferred.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to conceptualize and develop effective marketing strategies for new and existing services.
- Interpersonal skills necessary in order to interact effectively with current and prospective physicians and staff and all levels of management.
- Analytical skills necessary to identify customer needs in order to develop sales plans
- Demonstrates compliance with HIPAA policies and procedures and an understanding of the population served.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Answer physicians' questions about facility, availability, capabilities, and terms.
- Contact existing and prospective physicians.
- Consult with physicians to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Marketing of vascular practice/ intervention lab capabilities to physicians and/or physician groups.
- Work requires knowledge of physician specialties and procedures.
- Perform routine end services.
- Log daily sales activity in CRM.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Conduct effective office visits to educate Physician about the facility, services offered, and enhance new service lines.
- Educate referring and new office staff on services offered, enhancements, and new services.
- Increase referral percentages / volume from current and non-referring offices.
- Other technical assignments as required by executive team or physicians.
