Landscape Designer/Sales

The Landscape designer/ sales at Ed Castro Landscape is a high energy, relationship building individual with a proven history of increasing sales in the landscape industry. This will be accomplished by the retention of existing clients and the addition of new clients.

Key Technical Skills and Knowledge

· Meet with potential clients and discuss project in detail, including site measuring.

· Needs to manage the design and execution of the seasonal color projects for existing and new clients.

· Creating and preparing design proposals and cost estimates for properties based on accurate field verifications, measurements, and analyses

· Reviews all bids with Sales Manager or Landscape Division Manager for accuracy.

· Ensures that vendor pricing is competitive and accurate.

· Ensures that jobs are profitable, production standards are met. and jobs are kept on schedule.

· Communicate with company Production Manager to ensure client's expectations are met and that jobs are kept on schedule and on budget.

Qualifications

Industry based college level education preferred but not required.

Strong skill set in Adobe CS, Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,736.43 - $63,322.92 per year
