JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Marketer is responsible for business growth, and ensuring a smooth admission transition for residents entrusted to our care.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for partnering with facility management to develop and execute marketing plans and promote the communities services market

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong sales or marketing background with a proven track record in business development, referral relationship management along with experience in skilled nursing admissions and marketing, case management and hospital discharge planning
• Prior health care experience with contacts in the local health care community is a plus
• The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and be motivated to reach admission benchmarks
• Extraordinary customer service to both external and internal customers
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Three years’ experience in sales/marketing preferably in a health care setting
• Valid NYS Drivers License
