Job Description
We are looking for electric personalities with impeccable professionalism.
This is a position of service to the customer as much as it is a sales position. You would be climbing ladders, performing roof inspections, and assisting the Home-owner through the insurance claims process. We provide PAID training in a comfortable classroom setting (LUNCH IS ON US!!), and we provide the opportunity to get started in a VERY high-paying position & Industry without having to suffer with the "1099/Commission only" grind that usually never works out.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Lead individuals by setting the example to follow, setting expectations, and holding others accountable.
• Perform roof inspections, occasionally helping Management by educating new employees on what to look for when conducting inspections
• Presenting the Liberty Restoration process to the Home Owner in a professional, service-oriented atmosphere (NEVER any pushy sales tactics)
• Attending and participating in ongoing training on a weekly basis

Qualifications:

• Experience in Insurance Claims or Adjustments is preferred
• You MUST have a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage your own schedule independently. Organization is key to success.
• You must desire a willingness to learn and grow, as we are a company that prefers to promote from within
• Demonstrate characteristics of leadership, with a natural ability to relate to people and build relationships
• You MUST have a smart phone with internet capabilities
• Current drivers license and valid insurance REQUIRED
• You MUST have late afternoon/early evening availability during the week for work
