Now Hiring - Cape Electrical Supply, Inc. - Counter Sales in Richmond, KY

This candidate will perform various duties in a branch location to ensure all customers receive technical assistance, proper merchandise, and excellent customer service, primarily in person or over the telephone. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Deliver a great experience by assisting customers entering or calling the store with respect to technical support, locating material, and handling all aspects of the sales transaction.
• Assist with loading material in customer's vehicles
• Provide support to Outside Sales staff, including entering orders and locating merchandise
• Display merchandise in the store and restock store shelves

• High School Diploma
• Electrical experience and/or knowledge
• Positive attitude and high energy level
• Work experience in a retail or distribution business
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
• Good time management and problem- solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift 70 pounds
• Desire to learn and grow in your career

Preference:

• Associates degree
• Experience in an electrical contractor, rep agency, or distribution company

Full Time position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
