We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue by offering staffing solutions and services. Experience in Staffing Industry highly desired! A motivated attitude and customer-driven personality will be successful in this role. The position included base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

• Prospect and contact potential customers

• Seek out new clients and build strong, successful relationships.

• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments

• Present sales and marketing materials to customers

• Serve as liaison between the candidate and client ensuring proper placement of candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and permanent roles.

• Client billing and negotiations.

• Develop strategies for obtaining new business and creating new connections.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

• Familiarity with CRM platforms

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Strong negotiation skills

• Deadline and detail-oriented

• Ability to drive to client locations and prospect for new clients

• High level of networking and communication skills with the desire to want to build long-lasting working relationships

• Understanding of margins as they relate to the staffing industry and/or pick them up quickly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
