We are looking for motivated and engaging individuals that are passionate about wellness and improving the lives of others. CBD Plus USA CBD/THC Hemp Dispensary is currently seeking a Full Time Sales Representative to join our team in our stores in Laurel, MD and Cockeysville, MD.

This is 15.00/hour job.

Position Summary:

Responsible for overall store operation in regard to sales and store appearance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain knowledge of merchandise available including dosage, variety, usage and pricing
• Ensure accurate handling of money from completed sales
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and visually pleasing store
• Deal with issues arising from staff or customers in a sensitive and professional manner
• Establish credibility to develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Product management including, but not limited to, maintaining stock rooms, inventory, and displays
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Create a visually appealing store through merchandise presentation
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Help customers on sales floor as needed with a fast, friendly attitude
• Participate in daily inventory counts

Qualifications / Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• 21+
• At least 1 to 3yrs of experience in a similar based position is a MUST
• Must be flexible to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work with a team and be open to receiving coaching/ mentoring advice
• Basic Computer Skills
• Paid Training: Yes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year
