Now Hiring - Customer Service Representative / Call Center in Dublin, OH

Stanley Steemer is a fun, hands-on, team-oriented company. Our Inbound Contact Center, located in Dublin OH, is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our team! Full-Time and Part-time Customer Service Representative positions available. Interested applicants should live within a commutable distance to our office.

Training is $13/hour. We value hard work, therefore, after two weeks into your 4 week training, you are eligible for commission on additional sales/services on top of base pay. Our average CSA makes $15-17/hour.

Qualifications:

• Schedule: Open availability including Saturdays
• Prior experience in a call center environment strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong typing skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications
• Provide product support, solutions, and additional product information
• High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
• Ability to build relationships with clients, customers and co-workers
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and changing priorities with high attention to detail
• High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED)
