The BCP Real Estate Group is currently hiring real estate agents to join us in Buffalo.

We have a unique lead system where we supply our agents with buyer and seller leads. We help keep agents fully booked along the lines of the busy Buffalo area real estate market. There are no desk fees and we have a high split system.

We recently expanded to Buffalo, Rochester & Syracuse and are hiring both residential & commercial real estate agents to join our team.

New agents at BCP really have the possibility to make $200,000+ a year in the Buffalo area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Self-determined schedule
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Real Estate Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

• Real Estate License (Required)
