Our sales team is actively seeking out Bilingual Sales Representatives for additional help! We offer Paid Training for the first 3 months for people who have a good work ethic and would like to sell cars! Working as our Bilingual Sales Representative, you would assist in vehicle sales primarily with our Spanish-speaking clientele – helping them get through the entire purchasing process. The ideal candidate would have to be motivated with a great work ethic.

Bilingual Sales Representative Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers through the purchasing process by helping them find and purchase the right vehicle to meet their needs.
• Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close the sale.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, family-oriented sales environment.

The Pay Plan is commission-based – there is no limit on how much money you can make!

Bilingual Sales Representative Qualifications

• 1-3 years prior automotive sales experience
• 3 years prior sales experience
• Driver’s License

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen – THC not included in the screening.
