Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 + Bonus Potential + Benefits

Industrial Outside Sales Representative ($55k-$70k + Bonus + Benefits) Description

Our client is looking for an Industrial Outside Sales Representative to add to their team in Salt Lake City, Utah. You will be responsible for generating sales in an assigned territory, recommending the best bearings and power transmission components for customer needs, participating in and supporting company sales and programs, as well as building personal and business relationships with customers. Our client is looking for an adaptable, self-motivated, customer-focused salesperson that is eager to learn and grow. Bearing or power transmission experience or a mechanical or electrical aptitude is preferred, but no previous sales experience is necessary as our client believes they can train anyone with the right initiative and personality to be successful in this role. Industrial Outside Sales Representative ($55k-$70k + Bonus + Benefits) Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of collaboration between all external and internal customers
• Efficiently plan sales calls with Business Development Representatives and CRM software
• Maintain and increase sales with existing accounts while developing new key accounts
• Build relationships with high-potential customers and use expense account responsibly
• Develop bearing and power transmission product knowledge
• Identify and recommend special items to meet customer needs
• Present new and existing product lines in an organized manner
• Qualify new accounts
• Develop and maintain product knowledge and sales techniques
• Fill out appropriate paperwork that must accompany all parts entering and leaving the company
• Fill in for Inside Sales as needed
• Maintain service records on company vehicles, call reports, and mileage logs
• Submit accurate and thorough expense reports
• Submit suggested customer type and price sheets for management approval on new accounts
• Complete RGA (Return Goods Authorization) forms with all returned goods

Industrial Outside Sales Representative ($55k-$70k + Bonus + Benefits) Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license & good driving record for previous 3 years required
• Bearing or power transmission experience OR mechanical or electrical aptitude preferred
