Job Description

• Build long term relationships with key clients
• Respond quickly to any complaints or escalations
• Resolve all issues efficiently and professional focusing on customer contentment and company’s reputation
• Consistent interaction with clients to fully understand their needs while meeting the requirements of the company
• Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
• Organize and create business/sales plans to set goals
• Set revenue targets with sales
• Help sales team sell and extend all services and products
• Research competitive companies to find new ways to retrain customers
• Work closely with internal teams to address customers needs and expectations
• Track relevant KPI and metrics to ensure customer satisfaction
• Utilize Salesforce to update relevant information to ensure senior management has a strong pulse on accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or other related fields
• Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiation
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Energetic and passionate
