Role Overview
We are hiring team members to support our fastest-growing outbound campaigns selling unique and innovative products to highly engaged customers.
Based on performance, employees will have the ability to earn uncapped commissions monthly. Successful employees will be energetic, sales-focused individuals who are driven to provide sales through service to our customers.
Effective employees will field questions and resolve customer concerns about their programs or purchases. Questions may be based on a customer's membership, purchased program(s), cruise, travel, or lifestyle benefits such as merchandise and wine. Service resolution is your top focus!

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

• Make outbound sales calls using strong leads data base and attractive marketing campaigns
• Directly responsible for selling travel packages, cruises, and add-on services/products
• Understand and demonstrate consultative selling techniques and customer resolution techniques
• Responsible for meeting respective phone standards
• Responsible for meeting monthly performance targets
• Directly responsible for servicing all products and services for customers if needed
• Clearly communicate ONE's products and how customers can receive maximum value through product offerings
• Collaborate with team members to ensure service resolution and meet monthly goals
• Continued product education to better manage customer calls

Requirements:

• Overachiever
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Self-motivated and ambitious
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer programs
• Cruise sales and service knowledge a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills ensuring to follow up on time with all appointments
• Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility with schedules - able to follow a strict attendance policy and be punctual
• Comply with strict PCI policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Compensation and Hours

• $15/HR plus unlimited commissions
• Commission based on sales
• Office-based position
• Various shifts covering the USA hours of 6 am (PST) to 8 pm (PST)
