What we do:

At Cruise America, the nation’s largest RV Rental and Sales company, we sell an experience. We sell camping with family, catching fireflies, or tailgating with friends at your favorite sporting event or outdoor music festival. We sell community and we sell fun!

Scheduled Options:

1. Friday – Tuesday – 9:30am – 6pm with flexibility on the weekend to have a start time anywhere between 8am – 9:00am. Days off, Wednesday/Thursday.

2. Wednesday – Sunday – 9:30am – 6pm with flexibility on the weekend to have a start time anywhere between 8am – 9:00am. Days off Monday/Tuesday.

3.Tuesday – Saturday - 9:30am – 6pm with flexibility on Saturday to have a start time anywhere between 8am – 9:00am. Days off, Sunday/Monday.

You will need:

• Dependability.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Proven Sales Record.
• Fast/Accurate Typing.
• Time Management.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen.

Prior experience in reservations, hotel front desk, hospitality, car rental, retail sales, and/or travel industry a plus.

What you will do:

As an experienced Sales Call Center Supervisor, we expect you to assist our sales agents in reaching sales goals while supporting our commitment to provide world class service in booking rental reservations. As a Sales Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for guiding and managing the overall day-to-day activity and performance of the reservation team.

Pay: $21.00 - $99.00 per hour
