Commercial Account Manager

Salary range from 40k-50k plus bonuses!

At Roto-Rooter, client relationships are a top priority! That is why we are in search of an experienced Commercial Account Manager who is driven and has a passion for growing sales and providing excellent customer service.

Ideal candidate will have proven sales experience working with commercial customers. Build your clientele from existing plumbing clients that have a variety of plumbing and water cleanup issues.

Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm

The responsibilities for this opportunity will include:

• Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
• Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure client needs are being met
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

Requirements include:

• Sales experience preferably in the service or construction services/products industries
• Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers
• Goal-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
