General Scope of the Position:
The Main responsibility of the AM Group is to manage the relationship between the Company and our Customer base to keep their business and facilitate and manage the Internal Actions required to support the Outside Sales Group to grow our business. The only way to effectively manage our relationship with our customer base is to communicate with them, preferably by phone, on a fairly consistent basis to understand what they do and how we fit into their business. The same applies to the support required for the Outside Sale Group; we should be talking to them on a fairly consistent basis (again, preferably by phone) to understand what they are working on so that we can support the next growth account or effort without endless emails and delays in getting things done.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years experience in selling in a B2B environment, experience selling in a consultative sales approach, and have experience with cold calling to develop new business. Experience in a technical sales capacity preferred but not required. Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment. Excellent time management skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Excellent telephone sales personality skills. Should be expert in CRM software solutions. Prominent organization and presentation skills. Highly energetic and self-starter. Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills. Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities. Should be honest, assertive and systematic.
Primary Responsibilities of the Position:
Sefar Inc. employees are responsible for the quality of their work through understanding and fulfilling our customer's requirements.
- In conjunction with Sefar Territory Management and Market Manager Groups, develop and enact a Top Line Growth Strategy to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Enhance Sefar share with current accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
- To support growth, develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations.
- Coordinate with Sefar Order Management Team regarding Order Entry, maintenance and follow up activity.
- Maintains and improves quality results by following standards; recommending improved policies and procedures.
- Accomplish department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Accurately capture and complete information in Sefar Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
- Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation.
- Participate fully in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes.
