JOB DETAILS
The Account Manager will promote and sell casing and tubing services with a focus on Premiere Torque Rings (PTR), in a structured manner that maintains good client relationships and maximizes revenue and profitability and always reflecting a professional company image consistent with the corporate vision and values.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Present and sell Company products and services to current and potential clients
•Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
•Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
•Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
•Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
•Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
•Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets
•Maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
•Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gatheredthrough field activity to appropriate Company staff
•Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services
•Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
•Follow-up for collection of payment
•Coordinate schedules and delivery of merchandise and services
•Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees
•Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up
•Coordinate Company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
•Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce inventory
•Assist in the implementation of Company marketing plans as needed
•Assist in job location evaluation for safety, job needs, and equipment function
•Assist in troubleshooting equipment and job problems
•Identify and resolve client concerns
•Adhere to and ensure compliance of all Company policies, rules, procedures and housekeeping standards
•Perform other related duties as assigned
SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and electronic communication skills
- Ability to read rig reports, GPS locations, rig type and customer information
- Safe driving record in accordance with Company Driver’s Policy
- Experience with CRM systems preferred ability to complete reports as required
- Legally Authorized to work in the US
- Good sales and negotiation skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree OR
- Equivalent Oil and Gas Experience
- Experience in Casing/Tubing preferred
