Sales Support Specialist

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls/chats/emails from our sales teamsProvide Issue resolution, Assist Energy Consultants with completing sales, Answer training related questions regarding our processes and tools
• Assisting with training sales reps on sales tools and procedures
• Lead and assist in completion of projects that fall within our team Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual goals.
• Communicating process changes that are determined by Director of Sales Support.
• Handle outgoing calls/chats/emails to sales repsActively contact sales reps as needed for information/needed action
• Proposal generationWork with multiple software tools to create preliminary solar design with focus on customer savings
• Project CreationEnter sale information into Salesforce system to move projects into the process flow.
• Assisting with customer document generation
• Manage cancellation and reactivation of projects
• Inbox management
• Perform other duties and tasks as required
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior customer service or sales support experience required. Experience in the renewables (solar) industry a plus.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to process changes
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Strong computer skills and experience working with MS Office. Salesforce experience a plus.
• Experience taking on bold ambitions and driving positive outcomes

· Bilingual a plus

· Must be authorized to work in the United States

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
