• Manage an established book of small to medium size Commercial accounts which would include marketing new accounts, reviewing renewals, issuing certificates, binders, providing policy summaries, proposals, handle non-renewal and cancellations and other insurance documents in a timely manner.
• Provide knowledgeable conversations with our clients and company underwriters. Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and company representatives.
  

Salary Range: $65000.00 - $75000.00 per year

This role services, manages and maintains commercial insurance accounts, markets new and renewal business and is responsible for an established book of accounts. The ideal candidate will be a true self-starter with a desire to learn, detail orientated with an outgoing friendly personality.

• NYS Property/Casualty License (all lines).
• 3 years experience in customer service or account management of small to medium size accounts.
• Relevant knowledge of insurance products, coverages and documents.
• Computers skills are a must! Word, Excel and Outlook. AMS/360 is preferred.
• Ability to work well independently.
• Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capability to make decisions on your own, work quickly, efficiently with accuracy.
• Open to continuing education.
• Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• The capability to make clients feel important and valued.
