Full description of the position

Mission

To provide support to the Control Towers to develop first class customer relations. To ensure an excellent standard of data accuracy in a timely and efficient manner. Work closely with internal stakeholders and the Control Towers to build reports that are required by Tier 1 & 2 accounts that can be used for data analytics that will improve Bollore’s operational service, business development and continuous improvement plans.

Responsibilities
A. Data Quality Monitoring
A1. Understand the defined Traffic Analysis and customer’s requirements on mandatory events and or references and understand the impact of data quality on those items on reports communicated by Bollore to its top customers

A2. Run daily data quality reports using advanced tools (Excel, VBA, Access, TABLEAU...) and push to relevant stakeholders in Bollore Network (worldwide) for immediate action

A3. Monitor and follow-up to relevant stakeholders in Bollore Network (worldwide) to secure short-term actions and long-term improvement on data quality

A4. Be proactive in proposing technical solutions to finetune and/or automate reports and monitoring methods for data quality management

A5. Create a relationship with relevant stakeholders in the Bollore Network (worldwide) and be proactive with them to implement problem solving actions and best practices

A6. Ensure correct application of procedures and streamline process between all countries.

B. Report and Performance Management

B1. Understand the defined report per top customer with the support of the Control Tower and CBS

B2. Generate customer reports using advanced tool (Excel, VBA. Access, TABLEAU…) and publish to relevant stakeholders in Bollore Network and its top customers

B3. Provide feedback to Regional Control Tower and CBS (Customer Business Solutions team) on reporting tools and secure continuous improvement of those reports.

Requirements

· Must demonstrate autonomy and proactiveness

· Ability to create relationships in a network

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Strong capacity of analysis

· Detail oriented

· Must demonstrate proficiency in Excel and VBA

· Experience with Access / SQL is a plus

· Experience in Freight Forwarding industry is a plus

LANGUAGE LEVELS REQUIRED
