Who We’re Looking For
An ambitious self-starter who’s ready to grow a professional career in the insurance sales industry. We want someone who has excellent communication skills and understands the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, text, email and potential client lists.

Requirements

• One year minimum sales experience preferred but not required
• Proficiency on multi-tasking, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection.
• Should be great at making connections to build rapport and relationships with others.
• Successful completion of a background check is required.
• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Coppell, TX 75019: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Insurance Producer License (Preferred)
