DESCRIPTION:

This position will report directly to the Sr. Director of Finance and will specifically work with the sales and manufacturer representatives. You will be responsible for providing transparency into the current volume performance, managing the commission program and support with any ad hoc requests. Additionally, you will work with the team to provide timely and accurate reporting of financial results to the organization, Senior Management, and the parent company in order to influence business performance and decisions based on strong analytical data/analysis.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the sales incentive program, including payments for 3rd party manufacturing representatives and sales team employees.
  • Design, implement and monitor processes intended to increase transparency and quality of sales reporting including: monthly performance, variance analysis, and forecasting, risks and opportunities.
  • Support the pricing governance processes including: annual price changes, definition/establishment of list/MSRP pricing, Special Pricing Request process and price realization.
  • Support timely review of Terms & Conditions on contracts and bid proposals for 3rd party orders.
  • Direct the regular financial processes for the business entities including forecasting, planning and the reporting and analysis of results.
  • Participate as a business partner to the sales and business entities’ leadership teams; contribute to business strategy development and sales execution of business plans, inclusive of pricing and pricing strategies.
  • Assist sales, product management and engineering with cost analysis and establishing list pricing.
  • Operating Figures/ Key Data: Provide key information to management on a regular basis, plus any special reporting or ad hoc reporting required from management.
  • Manage preparation of internal and external audit reports under GAAP

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or the equivalent.
  • 5-7yrs experience in sales finance or sales commission administration (3rd party Mfg. Rep exp.)
  • Strong analytical skills- proactive and predictive analytics.
  • Customer focus; understands sense of urgency.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Access, Power Point & Word.
  • ERP system experience, experience working with SQL preferred.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environment; manage multiple, complex projects.
  • Demonstrated Team Player.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of organization.
  • Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and provide discretion with sensitive information.

Pay: $96,670.00 - $118,000.00 per year
